1. Acceptance of Terms

You may view, download, and share dailyflavorhub content for personal, non‑commercial use provided that you retain all copyright notices and give appropriate credit to dailyflavorhub. Any commercial exploitation, redistribution, or public performance of dailyflavorhub content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

3.2 User‑Generated Content

By submitting any content to the Site, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owners. You grant dailyflavorhub a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your user‑generated content in any media now known or later developed, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site.

You also grant each user of the Site a non‑exclusive license to access your user‑generated content through the Site, provided that such access is in compliance with these Terms. You may withdraw your content at any time by contacting us at contact@dailyflavorhub.com, but removal does not affect any prior licenses granted under this section.

4. Disclaimers

The Site and all content, including recipes, nutritional information, and cooking instructions, are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. dailyflavorhub disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
• • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including dietary or health‑related advice.
• • The security or integrity of any data transmitted to or from the Site.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the Site, including the preparation and consumption of any recipes.

5. Liability Limitations

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved as follows:

1. Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations. Either party may initiate negotiations by sending a written notice to the other party’s email address contact@dailyflavorhub.com.
2. Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, the parties agree to submit the matter to non‑binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed‑upon mediator.
3. Arbitration: Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be New York, New York, United States. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking provisional remedies, including injunctive relief, in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
